Interested in living in a clean, affordable house this summer? Do you want great food for great prices? Try Delta Chi!

Staying in a house completed in 2018, eating meals cooked in-house by the lovely Chef Sheila, and choosing between a single or double room, will all make living in Delta Chi feel more like home than a hotel.

Located on 176 5th street, we are in the perfect place between central campus and Tech Square – perfect for getting to class on time and also being close to Moes, Starbucks, Gyro Bros, and more!

Both men and women are welcome to live in our house. We make a quadrant of the house (rooms and bathrooms) women’s only to ensure your comfort.
