Wendell Gortney

Delta Chi has been an extremely positive experience for my two sons. They both pledged three years ago, and since have developed what seem to be many lifelong and meaningful friendships with the other members.

Delta Chi is truly different from any fraternity I have ever heard of or had any exposure to. Like many other fraternities, these guys stick together, help each other out, and exchange useful information on a daily basis. Like many other fraternal organizations, they provide an important present and future network of fellow students and professional associates. They are generally the most competitive group of guys I've ever seen, no matter what the challenge. Unlike other fraternities, they have a very "grown up" approach to everything they do. Academics really is first, and good grades are not only encouraged, but expected.

Delta Chi offers the Associate Member (pledge's) entire family a unique experience, as "Friends Are Always Welcome" is more than just a phrase. I have really enjoyed the interaction with the guys and the parents in this group. I am honored to be involved with my sons and the other Delta Chi folks. I consider Delta Chi to be the first choice of fraternities, hands down.
