The chapter opened its second house in January 2005. The chapter now owns two adjacent matching structures near the Fifth Street entrance to campus.

The older house is home to 6 brothers in two double rooms and two single rooms, with a common living room, dining room, and residential kitchen. The new house has space for 27 brothers in single rooms. The basement provides space for our meal plan and general chapter functions and smaller meetings. The basement was finished in August 2007, and the kitcken was completed in August 2008. Fall 2008 marks the first time in our history we will have a full meal plan offered at the house.

In the rear, the house has a tiered courtyard area spanning between the two houses. We also own a large deck used to host band parties and other functions. The deck is famous for Delta Chi's Wreck the Deck party in the fall and Reggae Weekend in the spring.
